How is it?

I played with a friend, and we loved the game. I played mostly Gepetto, and he played mostly the Pied Piper. There isn’t a whole lot of meta-progression so it got stale kind of fast, however, it has incredible fights.

Bosses are hard at first, but once you know what they will do you can learn how to maneuver it even on a new character. I think the timer thing is a great idea for this type of game, helps prevent cheesing or over-grinding. You do have to learn the best build for your character, but once you do it kinda repeats its self.

If you are a fan of rogue-likes it scratches that itch but outside of that it gets kind of boring. This sucks because I have 10 hours in it and I would really like to play more but right now I don’t see a reason to. This review is short because the game is short and there isn’t much to say about it.

I do recommend it, though because it is a good game and fun to play especially with friends. Just as a game that you go to when you have nothing else to play, or are just passing the time.

Overall: 6.5/10
